This policy explains how Stonedge Private Limited (“Stonedge”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through www.thestonedge.com and when you contact us.

- Enquiry details you provide — name, phone number, email, city, stone and application preferences, approximate area, message and preferred call-back time.
- Communications — calls, emails and WhatsApp messages you send us.
- Technical data — our web server records standard logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and to prevent spam. We limit enquiry submissions per IP address to stop abuse.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. A temporary session cookie is used only on pages with the enquiry form, to protect it from spam and show you any form errors.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and arrange Display Center visits or site measurements.
- To deliver and install orders and provide after-sales support.
- To keep records required for accounting and legal purposes.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with people who need it to serve you — for example our installation team or transport partners — or where required by law.
Third-party services
The Display Center page shows an embedded Google Map, which is provided by Google and subject to Google’s privacy policy. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, operated by Meta.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and customer records only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by writing to info@thestonedge.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, in line with applicable Indian law including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and enquiries are sent directly to our business email. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
